    Incus is a support tool for communication only. The clinician remains fully responsible for clinical decision-making and patient care. Always use your professional judgement, and verify critical information through appropriate means when necessary.

  2. Accuracy of Translations

    Incus uses AI to translate conversations. While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, translation errors may occur. Incus is not a substitute for professional interpretation services.

  3. Not a Replacement for Professional Interpreters

    Incus is designed to support communication but should not be used as a replacement for certified medical interpreters in legal, emergency, or complex medical situations.

  4. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

    Incus adheres to NHS data privacy standards and complies with relevant data protection laws (such as the GDPR). However, by using the service, you consent to data processing for the purpose of translation and improvement of the AI system.   7. No Clinical Advice

    Incus does not provide clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. It is a tool to facilitate communication. Clinical decisions should always be made based on your professional expertise and consultation with the patient.
